i’m easily confused

's awrite! so i can't follow instructions the first time. or the second time, either. i do learn, eventually.

i have a client: she wants to blog. best way to supply it, is to try it. so now i have a blog. find out just how easy it is to post, edit, archive... how much it will/won't change a page layout... let's' make this intuitive, please. i do not want to create "trials and tribs" for my client. it's so much nicer to say "sure, we can do that!" and then find a way to do it! (and quickly!)

i'm a happy camper. i like to oblige, and i do believe in customer service!
